Getting Started

Thank you for supporting us! Inside your box, you’ll find your fountain with a pre-installed submersible pump and an instruction manual. Before getting started, inspect all components to ensure everything arrived safely. Choose a stable, level surface near a power outlet such as a desk, nightstand, or entry table and place a water-resistant mat underneath if the surface is delicate. Fill the basin with approximately four cups of room-temperature water, making sure the pump is fully submerged; for best results and to minimize mineral buildup, we recommend using distilled water. Once plugged in, the soft hum and steady flow of water will let you know your fountain is operating properly.
